UNO Reverse Car AI / Acceptable use

Acceptable use policy

Updated Oct 12, 2026 · By the UNO Reverse Car AI team

Last updated Oct 12, 2026. UNO Reverse Car AI generates AI video from a photo you upload. This policy sets out what may not be uploaded or generated, how we check content, how to report it and what we do about violations. It applies to everyone who uses the service and is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy covers every kind of content that passes through UNO Reverse Car AI:

  • Images you upload: the photo of a person, and a photo of a car if you add one.
  • Video we generate: the 12-second clip made from your upload. Every video is AI-generated, by Seedance 2.0, an AI video model made by ByteDance.
  • Your choices: the car template, format and quality you select.

There is no free-text prompt. You cannot type instructions to the model. The scene, the movement and the vehicle come from our own templates.

2. Content standards

You must not use UNO Reverse Car AI to upload, generate or attempt to generate any of these six categories:

  1. Sexual or NSFW content. Nudity, sexual acts, sexualised poses or fetish content, real or generated. There is no adult mode.
  2. Violence and gore. Serious injury, blood, torture, cruelty to people or animals, weapons used to threaten, or content that promotes or glorifies violence or self-harm.
  3. Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or age, including hate symbols.
  4. Content unsafe for children (CSAM). Child sexual abuse material, any sexualised depiction of a minor, and any photo of a person under 18.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation. Photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone whose permission you do not have, and any use of a video to pretend to be a real person or to place them in a situation they did not agree to.
  6. Copyright and trademark infringement. Photos, characters, logos or artwork you have no right to use, including copyrighted characters and third-party brand marks.

2.1 Zero tolerance

The following are removed as soon as we find them. The account is closed and we report to the relevant authorities where the law requires:

  • child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving a minor;
  • content that promotes or assists terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence;
  • instructions for making weapons capable of mass casualties;
  • content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred;
  • sexual deepfakes of a real person made without their consent.

2.2 Other prohibited conduct

  • Passing a video off as real footage, or claiming it was not made by AI, where that would mislead someone.
  • Impersonating a real person, brand or organisation, or suggesting a video is official or endorsed.
  • Infringing someone's privacy or right to their own likeness.
  • Using a video in a sale, loan, insurance or other financial context to suggest you own a vehicle.
  • Fraud, harassment, spam or bulk generation of misleading content.
  • Trying to get around our safety checks, limits or payment, for example with edited or disguised images.

3. Content moderation

We use automated checks and human review together.

3.1 Automated checks

  • Before generation: every uploaded image passes through the safety filters of Seedance 2.0 and of the API provider that runs it for us. An upload that fails is refused and no video is made.
  • After generation: the result passes the same provider-side filters before it is delivered. A blocked result is never shown to you, and its credits are returned.
  • By design: because there is no free-text prompt and every scene is a fixed template, the range of what can be generated is narrow.
  • Usage patterns: we may limit how many videos an account can make in a day and look into unusual activity.

3.2 Human review

  • Every report and every appeal is reviewed by a person.
  • Outside reports, appeals and legal requirements, we do not routinely look at your photos or videos.

3.3 Severity levels

LevelCoversHow it is checkedWhat we do
L1 SevereChild safety, terrorism, non-consensual sexual deepfakesBlocked automatically, confirmed by a personAccount closed, reported where the law requires
L2 HighSexual content, graphic violence, hate, impersonation of a real personBlocked or flagged, reviewed firstContent removed, account suspended

L4 LowMinor or first-time breachesReviewed when reportedWarning

4. Reporting

Report a video or an account when you believe it breaks the content standards above, when it involves child safety or another zero-tolerance category, or when it shows you, or uses your work or your brand, without permission. You do not need an account to report.

  • Confidential. We do not tell the reported user who made the report.
  • Neutral. Every report is reviewed on what the content shows, not on who reported it.
  • Protected from abuse. Reports made in bad faith or known to be false are recorded and may lead to action against the reporter's account.

5. Where to report

  • Email: support@unoreverseai.com with the subject "Content report". This inbox is read by a person.
  • Urgent child-safety reports: the same address with the subject "Urgent: child safety". These are read first.
  • Copyright: follow the process on the copyright and takedown page.

Include a link to the video or where you saw it, the rule you believe it breaks, and, if it shows you without permission, a statement that you are the person shown.
